I am using Flow to create Customer records in Business central from Dynamics Customer Engagement.

Do you know how I can set the Prices Including VAT field on the Customer card to be No on creation of the Customer card?

Search for "API Setup". You will find an entry for "Table ID" 18. Open the "Template Code" assigned and adjust it so that the mentioned field is No.
