Hello!

I have a question regarding business central CRM.

Can we assign task to specific user that created from the segments? If yes so please let me know.

Idea being the salesperson code should relate back to a user. You can state that in the user setup. If the task is linked to a segment then it will pick the relevant salesperson. Users would then filter the tasks list to their salesperson code most of the time. Having saved views helps.

There is another tasks feature of business central which is not related solely to sales. It doesn’t hold much relevance to segments
