Disaster Recovery/failover - 2 identical prod D365 CE on different builds

Hi,
Could I have 2 production environments in D365, with 1 at a lower build version than the primary?  So if the primary fails due to a MS platform issue, I can use/shift users to the 2nd environment so there is no or little loss of business?
I have reviewed the Self Service DR, but I can't find doc as to whether they can have same data, but be on diff builds.  TIA folks.

    No, You cannot maintain two “production” environments at different versions for failover in D365 CE. Microsoft’s architecture requires production environments participating in DR to be on the same build, and DR replicas created via Microsoft’s Self‑Service Disaster Recovery or built‑in availability zones are synchronized copies, not independently versioned systems. MS stated that production data and processes are replicated across availability zones and failover occurs without user intervention.
