Sales Order Maximum Quantities

Is there a way to apply a quantity limit to an item at a sales order or quote level in Business Central.  Ideally I'd be able to set this up at an item level.
 
The scenario I'm trying to address is preventing a single purchaser from taking more than a prescribed limit of a given item on an individual sales order.  It should function like a special promotion at a store where the customer is limited to taking no more than four or five units per transaction.

    Not possible out of the box. You could either customize the system or look into creating line level workflows either using system workflows or power automate to do this for you.

    Agree with Valentin, it can only be customized. You can discuss the detailed requirements with your partners.
