In Business central Payment journal Checks not able to preview

In Business central Payment journal Checks not able to preview , I have made the changes to RDLC Layout to Checks. and Replace the layout with my new one but unable to preview mode.Please suggest me how to preview the report to verify my changes in business central.Getting error window Preview is not allowed. .Please Suggest me which parameters i have missing applying parameters.
