
Gentlemen I understand that there are posts to this issue and some people suggested to use the Administrator and Enable EDC ( fill in all of the necessary information). WE have done that and the issue still persists. We do runt it as an Admin user. Do you have any suggestions as far as to how to fix this issue ? We use TSYS for processing Credit cards. WE filled in the info from the TSYS VAR sheet we received. We are really trying to figure this out ...

I have the same question (0)Double check that your credit/debit card tenders in RMS are set to use EDC.
You need to get your processor and TSYS together and see what you are sending them versus what they what to see. Its amazing how incompetent they are sometimes.
If this is for debit cards only , make sure that the Sharing group is in all CAPS
Also, you didn't mention the version of RMS you are on, but TSYS changed their addresses 6ish months ago that RMS updated to with newer version, 2.0.100x
