How to display a diagram with cases based on date created

Hi,

I need to display a diagram that shows the number of open cases by the date they were created:

The slices (or columns) I need to display are: Number of open cases that are 1 day old, 2 days old, 3 days old and number of cases that are more than 3 days old.

I've been struggling to find information on how to customize the xml for the diagram to my needs. The best would be to show a pie-chart, but it could also be a regular column chart. I would imagine using a CollectedThreshold could work to aggregate all the cases that are more than 3 days old, but I dont know whether it supports to filter on dates (and, if so, how to use it).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply, but I cant see how it solves my problem - it doesnt seem possible to group by createdon olderthan-x-days. I tried to better illustrate my problem in a drawing shown below:

    Hi,

You can’t group by the records as per the diagram you have specified. You can show the records count by day/week/month/quarter/year/fiscal period/fiscal year wise.

If you really want to configure the chart as per the diagram, then you have to create two charts.

    1. To display today and yesterday case records,

    2. To display case records which is older than today & yesterday.

    Thanks,

Thank you, I ended up splitting in into 2 charts.
