My sales reps have 2 year old android devices on 4.1 and are ready to upgrade.
There doesn't appear to be an app in the App Store by Microsoft for Android tablets. There is "Dynamics CRM for phone" and "Dynamics CRM for phone express". Neither appear compatible for tablet.
Bringing CRM through a web portal appears to have a mobile for phone rendering and has little expected functionality.
No dashboard. No views. No quick creates.
Are tablets supposed to see the Mobile form type that seems to be best suited for phones?
They would like to be able to create call activity, view dashboards, charts, and send email templates.
Is there a recommended Android or iOS option that has the above full functionality?
Maybe I need to get them Surfaces tablets. How well does the Windows App work on RT?
What are people using for mobile tablet users?
