Data Migration in Business Central From One Environment to Other Environment in a same tenant

I'm trying to migrate data (both master and transactional) from one Production Clone to Sandbox within the same tenant. Copying the environment isn't an option. I've attempted using configuration packages but only get master data. Is there a way to transfer both types of data directly?

RapidStart Services:

Use RapidStart packages to export the necessary data tables, including transactional data, from the source.

Import these packages into the target environment.
