Payroll Connect and Bank Reconciliation entries

Hello all,

I apologize in advance if someone has already asked this question. We just started using Payroll Connect to import our payroll from ADP, however, when the entry comes in through and is posted, it does not show up in the Reconcile Bank Statement screen, even though the cash account was used in the posting.

Is there something that connects these 2 together, or do we have to make the manual entry after import to make sure that it is showing up in our monthly bank recs?

    Hi Joseph,

    I think you need to make the manual entry as you suggested above.  Payroll Connect was designed for the system to update Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger with your payroll information, but not bank rec.  When you actually run payroll in Microsoft Dynamics GP, then the system knows to update, core payroll tables, GL and Bank Rec once it is posted.  But that would not be the case with this Payroll Connect
