Hi,

Is dynamics 365 customer service is available on-premise?when i checked with distributor, they said no.

I couldn't find any link or article from Microsoft saying that this is not available on premise. I am completely new to the field. Can anyone help me to provide details or link?

Are you using the online version of Customer Service? Since my OP environment is a trial, I suggest you contact Microsoft technical support to inquire about licensing issues.

Hi partner,

Dynamics 365 Customer Service is available on-premises.

If you are using the latest 9.1 version, customer service is included in the on-premises.
