Advance Find Results not returning for everyone?

I am trying to search for products based on a custom field called ProductCustom (yes or now option set). For some odd reason, I can view all of the data that returns for this, but another with similar CRM Security Roles and Team cannot.

Is there something I should be checking for?

    Can you please double check your security roles. If you have multiple security roles, CRM will consider superior privilege security roles.
