When printing a Return Form for our customers, we would like all the dollar amounts to appear as negative.  Is there a way to do this?

You would need to modify the form you are using, and create new calculated fields that take the total fields *-1.  Once it is mofified, be sure to grant access to it.

Thank you, Melissa, but I have already tried this.  I edited the calculated fields - they are conditional and I made both the true and false case to *-1.  The fields are still showing as positivies when I print.  I already have granted access to the modified GP report.

what are making it conditional on?  are you using report writer or Word Forms?  If you are using report writer, it doesn't need to be conditional, since the Return form is always going to be negative.

And I assume you added this new calculated field to the report and removed the original one?

Right now I am using the GP report writer.  I started with the standard SOP Blank Return Form.  They have calculated fields for the prices & totals that are conditional.  I just edited the fields they already had set up.  Here's an example:

I would put the original fields back as they were and created your own calculated field - F/O Unit Price * -1, and do the same for any other fields you want to show negative.  Then replace the GP fields with your new calculated fields.

Make sure that if this was not a custom form originally and now is, that you go to Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports and provide access to the new customized form or else the original forms without the customizations will continue to display.
