Do you know, or is there any list that shows which profiles in BCv18 have teaching tips TOURS?

Teaching tips and in-app tours for onboarding users appear on any BC page, except role center, dialogs, and request pages for reports. In v18 teaching tips will be seen all over. Are you more looking for general Learning videos for BC? If yes, here is a link:
