The following fields must have the same type:

Field: Victualling Date <-- Account No.
Table: Purch. Inv. Header <-- Purchase Header
Type: Date <-- Code
 
I received an error while posting my PO .I am relatively new to this BC software and would appreciate assistance in rectifying it. Thank you.

    Can you provide the reproduce steps for the issue?
    Can you please check if there is any extension that caused such issue?

    The issue with same field id used in both tables but with different data type.
    You need to keep same data type if using same field id in tables, wherever data is transferred automatically or via code.

    Hello good morning
    This mainly happens when you use the Copy function or the Transfer Fields function between two tables and one of the fields does not have the same data type, you should check that the fields in the tables with the same ID contain the same data type.
    In a purchase operation for example, the data will pass from the Purchase Header to the Purch. Invoice Header and if you make a receipt before using the Purch Receipt Header,. Check this.
