I have installed FP1 and SP4 but when I go to add money to a global voucher it states that the number is not found but if you check the balance the voucher shows, is there something I am not doing correctly?

Thank you for your questions.
When checking the balance or adding funds to a gift card by using the Voucher Option (Ctrl + Shift + F3), please make sure that you are clicking the correct voucher type that is listed under the Item Description. Although it may appear to be high0lighted, it is not actually selected and it will return a "Voucher number was not found" message if you do not.
If you are selecting the correct voucher type before you click OK and RMS still cannot find the voucher, please make sure that if you are using Headquarters that your Voucher Server and Voucher Client are configured correctly.
