How can I send the info of a contact in an email like the .vcf data?

I would like to copy the contact info: name, address, phone and email (the basics) and paste that info into either Word or an email. Is there some easy way to do that in CRM?

    Hi Michelle,

    Here's a good blog on creating a button that copies name/address of a contact into the copy/paste buffer.
