I would like to find a way how to set email's subject when we reply. I have done this for new emails according to this article https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmsoftwareblog/archive/2014/03/10/add-title-and-case-number-to-the-subject-line-of-an-email-sent-from-case-entity
Unfortunately it doesn't work for replies
