    Hello,

Changing of server format would not affect format for user because those are different settings.

If you want to update user settings in bulk you need XrmToolbox and User Settings Utility - www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../

    Hello Ali,

You can change that in your personal settings - docs.microsoft.com/.../set-personal-options

You're looking for "Formats" tab - Date part of it.

    Hi Ali,

It is possible. Go to Settings->Administration and System Settings. Click on the Format Tab and click customize.

Select the following options and hit apply

AFter that, go to each user settings and do the same format change

If you have lot's of users, try to use XrmToolBox to bulk update the user settings.
