Dear Experts,

i am facing problem to create a list page.

I have two different table. first table is 'Requisition Line' table no. 246 and other table is a customized table no. is 50048. All deleted records from table 246 is present in customized table.

My concern is, I want to display both table data in a new list page.

How can I do that. Please help me to resolve it.

    Hi,

One possibility would be to create a SQL Server View in the NAV database which combines the information from table 246 and table 50048 using a TSQL UNION statement. After that you could create a new NAV table in the NAV development environment with LinkedObject property = Yes and named to match the SQL view. You could then create your List page using the new NAV table which is linked to the SQL view.

If you use this approach the NAV table name must match the SQL view name exactly. The SQL view column names must also match the relevant NAV table's field names. The SQL view name should also include the relevant NAV Company name.

thank you so much for your fast reply. I have done the same which you have saying.

but when I am running the new page always getting the below error:

    Microsoft Dynamics NAV

    ---------------------------

The following SQL error was unexpected:

Invalid object name 'UAT2021.dbo.MKU Private Limited$___Indent_Vs_Archieve_Indent'.

    Statement(s) could not be prepared.

    OK

    Hi,

Sounds like it needs some investigation. Hopefully the following hints can help:

Try running the relevant table directly in the NAV Development environment to see if you get any more helpful information.
Try selecting directly from the View in SQL Server Management Studio.
See what happens if you run the following TSQL command in SQL Server Management Studio: SELECT * from UAT2021.dbo.[MKU Private Limited$___Indent_Vs_Archieve_Indent]

If the cause of the problem is still not clear after trying the above you could run a SQL Profiler trace to capture more details about the SQL error.

If the problem persists I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft via your Solution Provider or Dynamics NAV Partner.
