Want to add attachments automatically in email record

Hi Guyz,

I need your help.

Here is the requirement.

1111 is an account record. And when i am adding it to in regarding fields, I want all the associated(whatever files is uploaded in Notes for this record) attached files for that particular record should get populated in Attachment Grid View automatically.

Can you please guide how to implement the same

Hi,

You can write a plugin/custom workflow to get files from the annotation entity based on the objectit and add to the email record. you can refer my post here:http://himbap.com/blog/?p=1235 it should give some sample code, you can also try to implement this though js code community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-create-an-activity-attachment-using-webapi-in-dynamics-365
