Adding custom CKeditor plugin to Dynamics 365 App

We are using richtext boxes in out 365 app and I need to add a custom CKeditor plugin. What is the best way to do this?  I am able to edit RTEGlobalConfiguration.json but I have not found a way to add my plugin files to msdyn_/RichTextEditorControl/libs/ckeditor_latest/plugins.
