    If shared why to use company initials?

    Thank you, Billur, for your response.  Shared means, the customer in legal entity A can be seen in legal entity B.  Legal entity B can sell products/services to that same customer, if applicable.

    It depends on you reporting needs.

    I have used both ways in different implementations.

    Hi Kim, it seems that the description of your problem has disappeared (there is just "Hi All,") and the title is meaningless ("123"). Please fix it.
