Not all emails are being queued

I have ms crm 2015 on premise.  I have set up one of our exchange mailboxes to feed a queue in MS CRM.   All the connections pass and I get random emails to come over but not all email.  Does anyone know why this would happen or can point me in a direction to troubleshoot this.
