Why cut, copy, paste buttons are not working in email form. How to enable them?

Hi people,

In my online organization, above description field in email entity, I am having this ribbon bar. In this ribbon bar cut, copy and paste buttons are not working. So I tried in another trial organization too, But I found this issue there too. Please reply if anybody knows about this issue.
