restrict contacts to view only their own cases in portal

Hi All,

using customer portal. 

id like to limit some portal contacts to be able to view only the cases they have created, rather than being able to see all cases created against the Account they belong to.

struggling to see how to do this via enity permissions.

any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    You can have a web role with entity permission for case having scope as Contact, this should give you access only to the case of current portal user
