Unable to connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 On premise using plugin registration tool

Could anyone please help to connect to Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise instance using plugin registration tool?

I am able to browse the CRM instance but when I tried to connect the same instance from plugin registration tool, I got an error saying "Failed to retrieve organizations".

Please know, the URL of the CRM instance is in "SVC" format like "xxxxxxxxxxxx.svc-online.com/main.aspx ".

Hello,

I believe you should use url without main.aspx at the end. Something like xxxxxxxxxxxx.svc-online.com

Hi Jeet ,

I am assuming you are having system administrator role.

Let say your onpremise URL- 184.88.96.18/.../main.aspx (you can use server name instead of IP) then please follow as per below step for onpremise.

Server : Put your Server IP or Server Name

Port : In which port your CRM hosted.

Let say your login id is "domainname\Jeet" so fill below options like

User Name : Jeet

Domain Name : domainname.

finally check display all organization.
