Launch Label Wizard Outside of RMS

Hi,

Does anyone know (or even found a way) how to launch the label wizard outside of RMS?

I'm looking at doing this (if possible) to help my end-user print barcode labels in one of two ways; either as individual or multiple sheet labels.

I've found the post that tells you have to hack the registry to set the default printer which is fine if only using one printer but here's the thing...they will be using a dedicated label printer for the individually setup labels or using a generic laser printer for the multiple sheet labels.

I'm thinking along the lines of bat or cmd file that inserts the relevant REG file and then launches the label wizard and away they go.

Thanks in advance!

I don't think you can do what you want outside of the program.

You do know that you can print either a single or sheet of labels within RMS, right?

Also contact RITE www.rite.us about their Label program.

Another option would be to go with a label only printer such as a Zebra LP2824+ or 2844 and code a label format from the sample label from RMS
