Hi,

We have a requirement to connect to Dynamics 365 CRM data from 3rd party/external application. Could you please suggest me approaches ?

1) Should we use organization service (or) webapi ?

2) what is the difference in using above both ?

    Hi ,

this is the official documentation url for dynamics crm web services : docs.microsoft.com/.../use-microsoft-dynamics-365-web-services

and reasons and recommendations are listed here of using both and which one to chose when : docs.microsoft.com/.../choose-development-style

    Hi ,

You should start using API instead of organization service endpoint. As Organization service endpoint will be deprecated in future release .
