Our users start receiving this message during the day in certain dates. Sometimes a few times. We are on BC SaaS for more than 2 years and since 2 months ago we did not have this issue. I understand that we are on SaaS and Microsoft needs to update the server. But why the do it right in middle of working day? Can they wait for slower time of the day to work on these updates?
This is causing too many issues for our users.
Does anyone has any idea how we can ask Microsoft to postpone such a maintenance?
