Hello everyone . first of all we are new comapny and we start to build the IT envroments for all department from zero . as start we implement MS sharepoint for the departments which was great soultion and all of our employees find it very useful .
as second step we are now implementing MS office communicator to improve the communication between the branchs and the staff.
and now we are in proccess of planning for next year projects which will handle these modules for us (HR , Finance and CRM ) and in my research i find that microsoft dynamics can help us achive these modules . and as i understand we will be able to communcate between these modules and our sharepoint and MS communicator too.
How do we start ? which MS dynamices are the best for us .
another qustion . we already have our own sales system we build . using ASP and SQL . i think the CRM in MS dynamic can take from SQL database of other system and work in it . Im I right in this point ?
please help us to plan for the best enviroment using MS technologies
