Candian Payroll Tax Update Installation Issue

We have installed Canadian payroll tax update on GP 2013 but the Payroll Canada control window is showing empty in Last Year End Update field.Also , in Dex.ini we have found that the Tag representing the update date is LastYearEndUpdate but it should be CPRLASTYEARENDUPDATE as we have installed CANADIAN. We are sure that we have installed the Canadian instance by selecting the CANADA in select business country window during installation. Can any one resolve this confusion.
