SQL Job Error: Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.WorkflowGP.WorkflowEngine

Hello:

Back in January, we upgraded from GP 2010 to GP 2013 R2 (12.00.1920).  During the upgrade process, I had dropped the SQL assemblies called "Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.WorkflowGP.WorkflowEngine" and "System.DirectoryServices" per the article in the URL below.

The upgrade went fine.

Last weekend, we moved our GP SQL databases to a new server.  That process went fine, as well.

But, I'm being told by one of our DBAs that a SQL job is getting an error referencing the "Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.WorkflowGP.WorkflowEngine" assembly.

I have not gotten a screenshot of the error or what the exact error is.  But, do I need to drop these two assemblies, again?  If so, do I afterward run GP Utilities, again?  Can this all be done with users still in GP?

I'm not directly involved with our SQL Team, but I'm surprised that such an error is happening.  I was under the impression that an error related to "Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.WorkflowGP.WorkflowEngine" only occurred during a GP upgrade.

Thanks!

John

Here's an update.  The DBA says it has to do with a job called "Scan For Invalid AD Users and Expired Delegations For All Companies (DYNAMICS)

that executes Daynamics wfOutOfOfficeDelegationCleanupCompany".  Is anyone aware of this?

Here's another update.  We simply disabled that SQL job, per the articles below, since we're not using Workflow.

Please let me know, if there is anything to be concerned about.

When you upgrade or move to a new server, you have to run the utility and the users should be out of GP.
