Hello,
I have two different JS files into different solutions. How can I pass a function that I have in one solution to the other solution? Thank you in advance!

It really doesn't matter if they are in different solutions. You just need to make sure both JavaScript files are loaded on the form and you can call a function in another library.
The way JavaScript works is that all functions from all JavaScript files that are added to the page are loaded to the dom. At that point it doen't matter anymore where your function resides.
