Does anyone know if there is a way to do a global audit search?
Scenario is this: user would like to review ALL Cases (or any entity) for audit changes to specific fields.
Specifically, this is different than reviewing the Audit Summary View in System Settings. That is a limited view and MS does not allow any editing of the view or creation of new views. While it shows you date/time, user, record, entity, it does not show you what was changed, and from what to what.
Global Quick Find also does not allow you to add auditing to the search base.
So short of opening every record in question, I don't know of any other way to get this info.
Any ideas out there?
