I have been trying to update the Dynamics 365 Apps available under Resources for an Environment in Power Platform Admin Centre. All got updated except 2. When trying to update "Dynamics 365 Sales Agent", got the error - ImportAsHolding failed with exception :Entity 'PluginType' With Id =  Does Not Exist and another "Power Apps App Copilot PVA Bot", when I try to update this, it starts and after some time again same message shows as Update Available. No error message or anything coming. Any idea for updating both or the reason.
I have the same question (2)

Issue 1: "Dynamics 365 Sales Agent" — ImportAsHolding failed... PluginType does not exist
    Cause:
    • This is a known issue where a missing or orphaned plugin assembly reference (usually due to a prior partial uninstall or failed solution import) causes the update to fail.
    • The system tries to reference a PluginType record that no longer exists.
    Solution:
    1. Run the following in the XrmToolBox → Solution Components Mover or using PowerShell to locate broken plugin references.
    2. Alternatively, raise a Microsoft support ticket to clean orphaned PluginType references from your environment. This usually requires backend DB intervention if not visible in the UI.

Issue 2: "Power Apps App Copilot PVA Bot" — shows update available again after update
    Cause:
    • This is often due to a backend telemetry sync delay or a hidden dependency preventing proper version bump.
    • The app may have dependent components (PVA, AI Builder, Dataverse) not fully aligned or updated.
    Solution:
    1. Wait 12–24 hours and retry update (it often resolves after backend sync).
    2. If it persists:
      • Go to Solutions → "Power Virtual Agents Core" and try manually updating this solution first.
      • Then retry updating "Power Apps App Copilot PVA Bot" from Resources.
    3. If still unresolved, raise a Microsoft support ticket — they can check environment telemetry and dependencies that the portal doesn’t expose.

Thank you for your suggested solutions.
Like User3336, I am affected by the problem that “Power Apps App Copilot PVA Bot” cannot be updated. I estimate that the problem has been going on for over a month, and perhaps that is also the reason why my agent “Workflows (Frontier)” is not working.
Muhammad Shahzad Shafique Where can I find “Power Virtual Agents Core”?
Thank you very much for your support.
