Information regarding MS Social Listening

Hello,

i want to ask that which features of Social listening are available on CRM 2013 on premises and also want to know what are the pricing information as i get the following details from the Microsoft web.

"Microsoft Dynamics Social Listening:  $100/user/month and for On Premises user incremental fees of $20 if users are less than 10"

and the other option was for more than 10.

it is bit unclear what is the criteria here of the user.

is it about all the users of CRM or for particular whom will use this tool?

one more thing that incremental fees means 100 + 20 = 120$ per user per month ?

    Hello ShahXu,

    There are 3 diferente scenarios:

    a - Dynamics CRM Online Customer with less than 10 professional licenses

    Price would be $100 per user

    b - Dynamics CRM Online Customer with more than 10 Professional licenses

    The Social Listening licenses are already included, no need to pay additional fee.

    C - On Premises customers

    Price will be $20 for each  CRM Professional CALs

    Please note that the exactly price may change and I recomend that you contact your local Microsoft Online Support for the right values.

    If you are already using CRM 2013 on-premise lets say with 12 users (just an example); you will have to pay 12*20= $240

    Apart from that you will also need to configure social crm by going to settings >>administration>>setup of social insights/listening

    it is recommended that you contact your local partner first to get the price in your own currency

    This simply doesn't make sense to me.

    We have 6 users @ $65/user [CRM Professional].

    To obtain social listening my only choices are;

    $100/user extra taking it to $165/user * 6 = $990

    OR I just add an extra 4 CRM licenses which I won't actually use and;

    $6 * 10 = $650

    This is crazy. There should be an "addon" price for people with less than 10 CRM users, $20 or something?
