Employee service portal is not working if entity component in web page

Hi All,

We are using employee service portal for our website development.

I would like to add two web pages in our portal which has got name, email, date of birth fields etc.,

I just created a blank web page with full page template and added form from the components and loaded our entity form.

The page is loading successfully if my form does not have any date of birth fields. If I add a date of birth field, it's keep on trying to load but the page is not loading at all in the end.

The form I use for this web page is very simple and it does not have any other customization at all other than fields to get the input.

I have not implemented any field level validations as well. Very simple form with text, date time and two options set fields.

Please help me to resolve this.

Hi Partner,

I test in my customer self service portal with 2 ways.

1.I added a new entity list for my custom entity and I tried to open the form both by Insert and Edit.

I have all three types of date field on my custom entity form and all of them worked well.

Insert

Edit (With existing date value in date field)

2.I created a web page only for the custom entity form, without entity list.

Then I added it to navigation bar in portal and I opened it directly as an insert form.

Still working.

All the web pages are with full page template.

Could you kindly share more screenshots about the different situation? And at the same time, I'll apply for a new employee portal to test again.
