Entry point keeps jumping to the end

Hello,

While filling in a form with the web client the entry point keeps jumping to the end of the content. This happens in multiple browsers, computers, users and is very annoying when typing above existing text or making corrections somwhere in the middle.

It feels like an autosafe feature that triggers it or something.

Regards,
Robin

    Hi Himbab,

Not that i know, we are using the standard forms without any foreign code or creative solutions in any of the entities.

Fond the issue to be a know problem: Auto-save may reposition mouse cursor (325877)

When Auto-save occurs, a blur event is triggered on fields to ensure we capture all changes. Unfortunately, this also causes the mouse position to move and may potentially disrupt input. The workaround is to disable auto-save for organizations where users type a lot in one field. For example, if users are expected to type in multi-line text fields for long durations, then this may be disruptive.

Disabling auto-save is a work around for the issue.

My client is running CRM 2015 v.7.0.2.53 (DB7.0.2.53).  One user who primarily uses the Outlook client has a jumping cursor that occurs on first save of a form for a custom entity.  Since only one user has this problem, is it likely that turning autosave off will fix the problem?
