Delete button unavailable in Advanced Find for user to delete personal view

I have a 2016 client that who has users unable to delete personal (not system) views they have created and no longer need. They have an Activate and a Deactivate button, but there is no Delete button available for removing unwanted views. The users belong to a security role that on the Core records tab has had Delete set to User for User Chart, User Dashboard, User Entity Instance Data, and User Entity UI Settings (and the application was even restarted following it). Are there any permissions I am overlooking to allow a user to delete their own views?

P.S. This is my first posted question four months into my support role. This community has been an outstanding resource as I troubleshoot issues.

Hi,

Check Saved View entity permission.

You will find this entity under Core Records tab.
