In sales return order when I chose a disposition code am getting the below error
"conversion of disposition code code was not specified"
Where do I setup the conversion for disposition code?

Could forward a printscreen of your warehouse disposition codes AND return disposition codes? Besides, based on this configuration could you let us know which disposition code you tried to select?

If you register them via the mobile device how do your warehouse disposition codes look like (warehouse management > setup > mobile device > disposition codes)?

I am doing it through client not using mobile devices. So I have not setup anything on the mobile device dispositio codes
Thanks. Last question are you using a standard return order flow or an intercompany return order flow? If the latter is the case have you mapped the disposition codes?
It is Intercompany return order. How to map the disposition codes for inercompany
Can you let me know the setup to map the disposition codes for intercompany return order
