    Hi,

the Date field that you should be using is system created date at to calculate the age of the record. The System created at is automatically field in when a new record is created.

The default filters are set by code. This is set by Microsoft (app developer) who owns the app. There are two types of filters that can be set via code.

    1. Locked - which are mandatory and cannot be disabled.
    2. Optional - which can be configured by user while setting retention policies.

Interaction exist is an optional filter. This filter will not delete the document if Interactions exist is true in the document.
Another filter Document Type = quote, which means it will only delete Quotes only.
