I am in the process for preparing to move my client off of Dynamlcs SL to other ERPs, and have decided to offer BC as one of the options. But I was surprised to see that BC doesn't offer one of the most basic modules required for business payroll. I see a few third party add ons that offer payroll, but I wanted to hear actual end user and consultant experiences. I don't want to hand clients that I've been working with for over a decade just over marketing material and a demo.

Payroll for Business Central

Hi, Yes, there is no complete support for the HR module in BC. I suggest you try to find a solution on AppSource.

Payroll can be very specific depending on the country. I almost always see it supported by third-party solutions from each country.
