Does Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrate with Microsoft Dynamics AX?  If so, how?  I would assume it does, but I'm looking for materials that describe the integration/connection.

    Hello

    Sure it does

You can have a look at the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics Feature Pack 5. Here you can find more info: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

I've set up a real time integration between CRM2011 and AX2009 using Scribe. If you ask me one of the best data migration/integration applications out there. More info: www.scribesoft.com/microsoft-dynamics-ax.asp

Our company uses Scribe. Scribe contains the connectors for CRM and AX as well.

    Hello,

There are multiple option to integration Ax with CRM, you can use Microsoft Connector and setup it, it has mapping document which will help you to understand how fields are mapped between these application, connector also comes with SDK so you can also extent it required.

Apart from that you can use addons like Scribe for integration. you should be able to get detail on Scribe website.

Another option to write your own custom integration using CRM web services and AIF.

    refer: msdn.microsoft.com/.../bb496535%28v=ax.50%29.aspx

    Thanks

For some basic scenarios the standard Dynamics connector will do the job. Apart from Scribe if you are proficient with SSIS, I would recommend to use Kingswaysoft SSIS adapter, I've been using this tool for some of my integration projects and the performance is really good.
