CRM Buttons Greyed Out in Outlook

We have a user whose CRM buttons are mostly greyed out in Outlook even though her Outlook is configured correctly to connect to our CRM server (on-premise CRM 2016 version). Her add-on is always enabled and she can browse the CRM website with full access. We want to see if there's probably a network problem.

When we were on previous CRM versions like 2011, 2013, 2015, there was a way to get the CRM-Outlook tracing from the plugin itself, but I don't see that option with the current 365 version.

Is there a way to download CRM 2016 - Outlook tracing tool? Thanks - tri

Thank you Adrian for your reply. I'm trying to troubleshoot the issue but found that there's no way to do the trace anymore in CRM 365

Before in CRM 2011/2013 version we used to have this diagnostic tool as pictured. Now we have upgraded to CRM 2016 and I don't see the option anymore with CRM 365, the 'Configuration Wizard' does not seem to have this tracing anymore. Is there a way for me to download it?

    Hi triangular,

There may be a problem with the users Outlook Client configuration. Here is a link that provides information on Outlook Client Installation and Configuration.
