In d365 mobile app, when we click on new record for an custom entity it throws an error. When we enabled tracing in event viewer , detailed error is

CONSOLE6002 : Dynamics CRM [PAL] | [actions] DynamicsAction has failed. Error message:

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or restart the app. Error code: 0x0

 

Please help on this. We can view saved record but for creating new one it throws an error. Is this error belongs to OOB action or what?

    Thanks a lot for quick reply ... User were to create record via web application,  problem was  "Read-only in mobile" was checked. So I unchecked it & issue resolved.

    Hi,

    Could you create a new record for this custom entity from web?

    If you couldn't, please check your security role. Maybe you lose the privilege for creating.

    If you could, please check the customization for this custom entity navigating by setting- customization- customize the system. To see whether the custom entity is read-only in mobile. if so, please uncheck this option.
