Hi,

Mscrm.IncidentCommandBarActions.cancel(); was working fine in v8.2 but not in v9. Is this deprecated and needs replacement?

It is very urgent. Any leads/help would be very mcuh appreciated

Mscrm.CommandBarActions.resolve(); seems to be working fine in v9.

Cheers, Kaushik

    Hi Kaushik,

Can you please share your code , might be you are doing something wrong. See the OOB button action in the V9.0 instance are  using "Mscrm.Form.Incident.Cancel" command and function name "CrmService.IncidentRibbon.CommandBarActions.cancel" and its working .

might be you need to replace Mscrm with CrmService in the function name.
