    Kinnu,

Tried to check their CAL License?

Is that already Read-Write or not.

    Thanks.

    Hi Kinnu,

What do you mean by "Cannot Access CRM 2013".

Do you mean to say, he cannot login to the System or cannot see a particular set of record.

    1. If he cannot access the System, you need to provide him a Security Role.

    2. If cannot read a particular set of Record, you need to check the Security Roles privileges for that entity

    3. If this happens for all entity, you should go to the User Record >> Administration Tab >> CAL Access Mode. This field value should be set to Read/Write

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

Has he been Disabled as a user?

Has someone changed his business unit and/or the teams he belongs to?  If so he could have lost other necessary security roles.

    Hi Mithilesh,

    Thanks for your response,

He is not able to login to CRM.When ever he login he is getting error like:

"You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator".

    InCAL he has Read-write access.

But he is not able to login.

    Hi Kinnu,

Check his Security Roles. CRM URL is leading to an area which are not accessible to him. Definitely check his security roles.

    Thanks

    Kinnu,

Have you created a new role or using the existing ones with modification.

The issue says that he does not have access, you can Test that it is Security Roles issue by providing that user System Admin role.

Assign Admin Role for testing and see where the user lands when he enters the system. Then try changing the Security Roles for those records.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks
