Problem Accessing Soap Web service in Business central

I tried accessing the SOAP Url on web services page but i keep getting error 401. All ports have been opened. the users login into business central with their office 365 account. Please how can i solve this issue

Hi, I just tested it and it seems to work fine.

If you are the On-Pre version, please check the Soap settings.

I am using an On prem version. The user credential type is access control service, when i try accessing the pages exposed as a web service it keeps showing Error 401. When i test on Soap Ui, it keeps showing failed to load url after i input the user credentials.
