Using Service Activities within the Unified Interface

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi

I am looking for support and guidance on how the Service Activity entity works within the unified interface. My organisation currently use this however the bookings component and recording information appears to be different to how we currently record this data.

Could anyone point me in the direction of training material on this topic please or advise how the booking tab works?

Thanks Nikki

Thank you Danielle for the links - I'll take a look at those.

We are migrating from a legacy service to the Unified Interface.

    Hi Nikki,

Can you confirm if you are migrating (or have already migrated) from legacy service scheduling on the web client to the new service scheduling experience on the Unified Interface?  Or, are you starting fresh in Unified Interface?

Here are some good links to reference:

    - Migration Tool:  docs.microsoft.com/.../introduction-migration-entity-records

    - Understanding the new scheduling experience: docs.microsoft.com/.../basics-service-service-scheduling

    - Scheduling Service Activities:  docs.microsoft.com/.../schedule-service-activity-csh

    - Creating Bookable Resources:  docs.microsoft.com/.../resources-service-scheduling

    Best Regards,

    Danielle
